Leon is a character in The Get Down and is played by Brandon J. Dirden.

Leon is the uncle of Ezekiel. Leon has raised Zeke ever since his girlfriends sister (Zeke's mother) passed away. He now lives with him, and his aunt, in the South Bronx.
Leon is hard on Zeke and often complains about his lack of work ethic. Although Leon is not Zeke's real dad he sees him as a son and wants him to have successful future even offering him a labor job.
